Job Overview

Segula Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Master Seat Fabricator to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to strict quality and safety standards in the fabrication and installation of aircraft interior equipment and furnishings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet customer expectations.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations, and document work performed per relevant manuals and regulations.
  • Assist with maintenance at off-site locations and participate in 5-S activities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Clean aircraft as required and assist with other maintenance disciplines as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building aircraft seats, luxury automobile seats, or boat seats.
  • Strong backgrounds in interiors experience on aircraft upholstery, with a focus on soft goods and removal/installation expertise.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
  • Basic PC skills and ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
