PDS Tech Commercial has just what you have been waiting for In partnership with a leading aviation company in the Hartford area, we are hiring Aviation Interior Craftspersons for the Seat Building team.

  • Shift: 1st shift

  • Length: Temp to Hire

  • Pay Rate: 29.76 - 35.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Fabricate, install, refurbish, and modify aircraft interior equipment and furnishings.

  • Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations.

  • Document work according to manuals and industry regulations.

  • Assist with aircraft maintenance both on-site and off-site as needed.

  • Clean aircraft interiors as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience building aircraft seats or luxury automobile/boat seats.

  • Previous experience in aircraft upholstery (including soft goods and upholstery installation/removal).

  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret mechanical engineering drawings (preferred).

  • Basic PC skills and the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms (preferred).

Pay Details: 29.76 to 35.71 per hour
