Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate HVAC products and supplies. Offer knowledgeable advice and recommendations.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all items are available and correctly priced. Handle transactions with care.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our HVAC product range, including specifications and pricing. Stay informed about industry trends and new product introductions.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as needed. Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide support to customers in resolving technical issues related to HVAC equipment.
  • Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork for transactions, including invoices and warranty claims.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using sales and inventory management systems.
  • A detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
