**Responsabilités**
  • Créer des solutions d'encadrement personnalisées pour nos clients en utilisant notre modèle ABC Livrer.
  • Assurer la conformité aux procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et aux programmes de l'entreprise.
  • Prendre des commandes d'encadrement de qualité exceptionnelles et les livrer à temps.
  • Maintenir le rayon des cadres prêts à l'emploi et autres aires assignées en effectuant l'OSEM et le réapprovisionnement dirigé.
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle courtois et aider les clients à magasiner et à trouver ce qu'ils recherchent.
  • Suivre les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et les programmes de l'entreprise.
  • Soutenir les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité.
  • Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles.
  • Participer aux processus de déchargement du camion et de stockage pour assurer que les normes des livraisons par camion sont suivies et que le budget est respecté.
  • Utiliser une caisse enregistreuse et manipuler l'argent selon les normes.
**Compétences requises**
  • Compétences de base en informatique et en mesure.
  • Aptitude à opérer l'équipement d'encadrement et le coupe-glas.
**Préférences**
  • Expérience en vente au détail.
  • Expérience en vente de produits et/ou services à des clients.
**Exigences physiques**
  • Bouger régulièrement, soulever, transporter, atteindre et étirer.
  • Capacité à se déplacer dans le magasin.
  • Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes.
  • Soulever des boîtes et des cadres lourds et accéder à des étagères hautes à l'aide d'une échelle ou d'un équipement similaire.
**Environnement de travail**
  • Environnement de vente au détail public, prenant soin de nos clients ; toutes les zones publiques sont climatisées ; certaines salles de stock ne sont pas climatisées ; certaines tâches en plein air si assignées pour récupérer des poubelles ou pendant le déchargement des camions ; Atelier de cadres contient un coupe-glas et une presse à chaleur ; les heures de travail incluent des soirées, des week-ends et des matinées précoces.
