- Build strong relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Be a vehicle expert, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
- Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business
- Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to every day
