Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated, team-oriented, and positive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates will be self-motivated and passionate about enhancing the guest experience.

Role Responsibilities
The Bar Back role is an entry-level position designed to guide you through our comprehensive training program. This will include:

  • Initial training as a Host and Food Runner
  • Progressing to Server training
  • Advancing to Bar training

Your daily tasks will involve a variety of responsibilities such as serving, clearing tables, restocking supplies, changing kegs, and delivering items between the kitchen and bar.

Qualifications
While previous experience in restaurants or service roles is preferred, the most important qualities we seek are a strong work ethic, speed, reliability, and a willingness to learn. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain firsthand experience in bar operations and to pave your career path towards bartending.
