Job Title: Program/Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program/Project Manager to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. As a Program/Project Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing project plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for project completions and bidding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Computes cost factors and prepares estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing, scheduling work, helping prepare bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors, and determining cost effectiveness.
  • Maintain bill of material and other components of job costing database.
  • Consults with engineers and vendors to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve any issues.
  • Load awarded project budgets into timberline system for reporting.
  • Assist Project Managers with tracking and controlling construction schedules and costs to achieve completion of projects.
  • Assist in the project handoff process between Estimating and the Project Manager in pre-construction meeting.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and send out weekly budget reports.
  • Prepare estimate spreadsheets and information transfers between computer programs.
  • Prioritize work and complete in a timely manner.
  • Help prepare proposal packages for bid submission.
  • Participate in pre-bid conferences and project meetings.
  • Work with contract administrator to manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the customer.
  • Lead through example in all areas of company safety and compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); related trade school education preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but we will except 3-5 years' experience in lieu of degree.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to travel often to project sites.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug test.
