About the Role:
Fitness Coach at Orangetheory - Franchise #0308

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy workout sessions, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a positive and inclusive studio environment. As a key member of our studio, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, develop your coaching skills, and contribute to the success of our franchise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver scientifically predesigned workouts for up to 45 clients per session, focusing on endurance, strength, and power
  • Provide clear demonstrations and explanations of exercises, ensuring participants understand correct form and technique
  • Manage class dynamics, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere that fosters a sense of community and teamwork
  • Monitor participant safety, correcting improper form and addressing any safety concerns
  • Engage with clients, setting and achieving goals, and promoting consistent member retention

Requirements:
  • Current fitness certification from an OTF approved education company
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
  • Bachelors degree in an exercise-related field is preferred
  • CPR/AED certification
  • 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 40lbs
