We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Services Director to join our team at The University of Chicago Medicine. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and direct the daily operations of our Operating Room team, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, enhancing the overall patient experience, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Lead and direct the daily operations of the Operating Room team, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required, Master's Degree preferred.
- Current RN Illinois license.
