Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crisis response team, you will provide critical support to individuals in crisis, utilizing your expertise in crisis management, stabilization planning, and case review. Your strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams will be essential in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis support to individuals, utilizing preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management strategies.
  • Develop and implement Stabilization Plans, ensuring comprehensive support for clients and their support networks.
  • Consult with psychiatrists, BCBA's, and psychologists to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in hotline rotations, addressing acute crisis calls and providing timely support.
  • Participate in clinical trainings, enhancing your skills and knowledge in crisis response and stabilization.
  • Facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Sociology, or related fields.
  • Experience in the human services field, with a focus on crisis response and stabilization.
  • California Driver's license in good standing and insurance.
  • Preferred experience working with the Developmentally Disabled population.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
