Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Courtyard at Exit 407 - Kodak. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning: Change bed linen and make beds, replace used towels, and ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean public areas, like corridors.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish bath care products (e.g., soap and shampoo) and restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar.
  • Guest Services: Address guests' questions (e.g., on additional services), help guests retrieve lost items, and report any technical issues and maintenance needs.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeper is required.
  • Physical Health: Good physical health and stamina are essential for this role.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts and with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent organization skills and ability to follow instructions are required.
