We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as Chief, Pediatric Surgery and Surgeon-in-Chief at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. As a respected surgical leader, you will be responsible for fostering a highly collaborative collegial culture, promoting diversity and inclusion, and driving research and educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Division of Pediatric Surgery and serve as Surgeon-in-Chief
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for clinical growth and research excellence
  • Foster relationships with community physicians, mentor and grow faculty, and enhance collaborative programs
  • Collaborate with the Chair of Surgery, Le Bonheur President, and Vice President of Regional Services and Strategy
  • Report directly to the President of Le Bonheur Children's Hospital

Le Bonheur Children's Hospital is a 255-bed, not-for-profit, Level IV NICU, and Level I pediatric trauma center for Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi. We are part of the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare group of hospitals and committed to the prevention, treatment, and elimination of pediatric disease.
