This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to patient care, including:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.">
  • Operating hemodialysis equipment and maintaining accurate records of patient treatments.">
  • Working closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.">

Requirements

To be successful as a Patient Care Technician, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be comfortable working in a clinical setting. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required. You must be willing to receive extensive training and be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $32,000 - $42,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Estimated Salary Range: $38,400 - $48,800 per year
