About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Mortgage Loan Servicing team within Loan Operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of Residential Mortgage loans and other bulk portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technologists, and operational groups to originate, service, and close out loan portfolios.
  • Support the closing and ongoing servicing of Residential Mortgage loans and other bulk portfolios.
  • Investigate and resolve transactional issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Settle trades and coordinate funds payment/receipt, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Review daily exception reporting and resolve any outstanding items pertaining to assigned portfolio.
  • Communicate effectively with external servicers, internal counterparties, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on mortgage loan servicing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proven analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a control mentality.
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make sound decisions quickly.
