Primary Care Physician in Virginia

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Chesterfield, VA. This primary care opportunity offers flexibility with a 7-on/7-off schedule.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in post-acute care communities. They will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines to ensure safe and effective patient transitions. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional patient care while driving quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborating with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Ensuring timely documentation and billing through our EMR system, meeting Medicare guidelines
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Be board certified and licensed in the state of Virginia
- Possess an FNP, AGACNP, ACNP, or AGPCNP certification
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually. In addition to a base salary, productivity-based bonuses may be available. The role also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, flexible spending account, paid time off, and more.
