About the Role

The Director of Pharmacy will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team in providing high-quality patient care and services. This includes overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Licensure in good standing by the KY state pharmacy board
  • Successful completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or one that is determined to be substantially equivalent to a U.S.-accredited program by a certifying agency
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $138k - $150k plus bonus, as well as remote access and a collaborative work environment.
