Post Close Specialist
At QUAD, a SolomonEdwards Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Post Close Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our loan document review process.
Responsibilities:
The successful Post Close Specialist will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough reviews of executed loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with lender requirements
- Preparing and scanning loan packages, including certified true recordables
- Maintaining accurate and organized files and documents
- Collaborating with the team lead to resolve post-closing issues and escalate as needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- At least one year of experience in the title or financial services industry
- Experience with RamQuest closing operations system is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Additional Information:
