Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Product Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Fairness Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, and delivery of best-in-class Compliance programs, policies, and practices.
  • Monitor compliance risk behaviors and provide day-to-day Compliance advice on UDAP/UDAAP, ADA, and Elder Abuse laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal areas, including Legal, Business Management, Operations, Technology, Finance, and other Control Functions, to address compliance issues.
  • Support the development and administration of Compliance training for the supported function/business/product.
  • Research and implement policies, procedures, or other controls necessary to comply with new reform rules and rule changes.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated knowledge in area of focus and relevant certifications desirable.
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in compliance, legal, or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm.
