Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical consultations to patients and recommendations to nurses, physicians, and other healthcare personnel.
- Evaluate medication profiles, compliance, and modifications to achieve desired therapeutic outcomes.
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Retrieve data in the pharmacy system and manage medication orders.
- Ensure proper storage and security conditions for medications and maintain a productive, orderly, and error-free work environment.
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy Degree.
- Current and good standing Pharmacist License.
- Strong communication skills, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
