Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional legal counsel to clients on a broad spectrum of legal challenges.
  • Advocate for clients in judicial proceedings, encompassing hearings, trials, and appeals.
  • Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents including affidavits, briefs, contracts, and pleadings.
  • Execute comprehensive legal research and analysis to bolster case preparation and strategic planning.
  • Negotiate settlements aligned with the best interests of the client.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor Degree from a recognized law institution.
  • Active membership and good standing with the Missouri Bar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the legal sector, emphasizing litigation and general liability.
  • Profound understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Superior negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
