Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading and managing security operations teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred; OSHA 10 certification required.
