Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Warehouse Worker to join their team in Brea, CA. As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless inventory management, dispatch, and overstock processes.


Estimated Salary Range:

$19.00 - $19.00 per hour


Job Description

This role involves a range of tasks, including receiving and restocking inventory, loading and unloading materials from trucks, breaking down boxes, and packaging items for shipment. You will also utilize order rolling stairs, pickers, and RF scanners to fulfill orders efficiently.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience with picking, RF scanning, packing, packaging, pallet jacking, unloading, loading, and order picking.
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
  • The ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Comfort using rolling safety ladders, approximately 5-7 steps (occasionally up to 15 steps).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • Able to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms; occasional requirement to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or squat.

Work Environment

The noise level in this work environment is typically high due to forklifts and other machinery operating within the facility. This position operates on the 2nd shift (2 PM-10:30 PM, Monday to Friday), with mandatory overtime up to 2 hours daily and occasional Saturdays. The dress code includes plain shirts, jeans without holes, and closed-toed shoes.
