We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to contribute to our Lebanon Distribution Center during the first shift. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

The Logistics Associate will enhance operational productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction by efficiently and safely managing the receipt and storage of materials.

  • Unload incoming products
  • Assess product quality and accuracy
  • Utilize RF devices for product reception and organize items in designated storage areas
  • Report any discrepancies in quality or inventory to the relevant personnel
  • Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other necessary technologies
  • Ensure equipment is well-maintained and report any malfunctions or safety issues
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and quality standards
  • Be available for overtime as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications for Success

  • At least one year of prior experience in a warehouse setting
  • A minimum of six months of successful experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Ability to read and operate hand-held RF scanning devices and utilize Warehouse Management Systems
  • Capability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Strong counting skills with attention to detail
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and heavier items occasionally
  • Effective communication skills with leads, supervisors, coworkers, and customers
  • Self-driven and collaborative
  • Detail-oriented mindset
