About the Role

AION Management LLC is seeking a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and promote resident retention.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). The ideal candidate will have 1 year of customer service or sales experience and must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and promote resident retention.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
  • 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
  • In Pennsylvania or New Jersey, must obtain a real estate license within 180 days of hire.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
