Job Title: Intelligence Analyst SME 2 TSOC

Integral Services Company is seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Analyst SME 2 TSOC to support the Terrorist Screening Center (TSC) oversight and management of the US Government's (USG) Terrorist Watchlist, also known as the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB), as well as other national security watchlists.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Terrorist Screening Operations Center (TSOC) 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, as the identity resolution focal point for all encounters with potential national security threat actors identified by partner screening agencies, both domestic and international.
  • Conduct identity resolution of screened persons, coordinate information dissemination for operational response, and memorialize encounter data to be shared with partner agencies as appropriate.
  • Focus on identity resolution, review, data integrity, inclusion of information into electronic systems, and perform a variety of complex and detailed analytical functions relative to the compliance with various laws, EOs, directives, and policies.
  • Respond to difficult information requests that often involve using fragmented information and conduct complicated searches of various database systems to locate any data regarding a particular subject or topic.
  • Receive and conduct offline search requests as necessary, including thorough research and analysis of information to compile a profile of the subject matter and recommend steps for follow-up analysis.
  • Input, extract, and manage data stored in a multi-dimensional database system and provide data upon request to management for analysis.
  • Identify potential data sources and exploit those sources to acquire data and integrate data from various sources into the database structure.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to advise and guide executive management relative to various issues, including making presentations and preparing complete, clear, and concise formal and informal reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years' experience with demonstrated knowledge of the theory and principles of management and organization, including administrative practices and procedures common to organizations, such as those pertaining to areas of responsibility, channels of communication, delegation of authority, routing of correspondence, filing systems, and storage of files and records.
  • Knowledge and skills applying analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques such as literature search, work measurement, task analysis and job structuring, productivity charting, determining staff to workload ratios, organizational design, space planning, development and administration of questionnaires, flowcharting of work processes, graphing, and calculation of means, modes, standard deviations, or similar statistical measures.
  • Extensive knowledge base in one or more of the following disciplines: watchlisting, identity analysis, intelligence, law enforcement, United States military, and/or national security (counterterrorism, counterintelligence, transnational organized crime, and weapons of mass destruction) experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills to conduct work and discuss findings and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
