Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:


Are you ready to take on a vital role in the telecommunications sector? If you thrive in outdoor environments and can adapt to various weather conditions, this position may be a great fit for you.

As a Telecommunications Lineman, your primary responsibilities will include the installation and maintenance of aerial telecommunications cabling.

Your Duties Will Include:

- Installing and repairing aerial telecommunications cables.


- Utilizing hand tools and equipment such as wrenches, drills, ladders, lanyards, saws, lashers, and climbing hooks safely.

- Operating mechanized equipment, including bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators, in a safe manner.

- Managing traffic flow in compliance with local Department of Transportation guidelines.

- Working at heights using climbing hooks and ladders safely.

- Traveling to various job sites as required.

- Upholding safe working practices and conditions in accordance with all relevant regulations, procedures, and policies.

Candidate Qualifications:
We Are Seeking Individuals Who:

- Are at least 18 years of age.

- Hold a valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience.

- Have prior experience in construction, preferably within the telecommunications field.

- Possess knowledge of established procedures and techniques for aerial cable installation.

- Are capable of climbing telephone poles and working in bucket trucks at heights of up to 40 feet.

- Can perform various tasks in telecommunications construction, including pole transfers, maintenance builds, new builds, cable installation, over-lashing, and strand construction.

- Are able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs as necessary, with or without assistance.

- Can establish and maintain safe work areas.

- Are willing to work in all weather conditions.
