Essential Qualifications:
2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience or equivalent.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Skills in delegation, coaching, and mentoring others through tasks.
Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
Capability to identify key business and personnel needs and prioritize effectively.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Experience in team leadership is required.
Proficient in basic mathematics and comfortable using computers, calculators, and 10-key devices.
A genuine passion for continuous learning about dogs, cats, and small animals.
