Your engineering acumen will play a vital role in transforming Department of Defense (DoD) weapons testing. Our team is dedicated to the modernization of facilities, energy solutions, and infrastructure to meet the evolving demands of weapons testing. We require a civil engineer who excels in providing facility design services and reviewing designs for compliance with regulations and efficient manufacturing processes, enabling our clients to achieve state-of-the-art facilities through construction and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Over 7 years of experience in a professional engineering environment.
- Proficient in reviewing facility designs for compliance with regulatory processes and overseeing those designs through the construction phase.
- Skilled in evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Experience in designing and maintaining the physical infrastructure of laboratory environments.
- Familiarity with civil and environmental compliance in energetic manufacturing settings, including facility design services.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards such as the International Building Code (IBC), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), NFPA, ANSI, ASCE, and civil and environmental systems.
- Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MEP construction drawing sets.
- Understanding of directed energy weapons, energy storage, and related infrastructure.
- Master's degree in Engineering.
- Professional Engineering Certification.
Security Clearance:
Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Compensation:

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually.
Work Model:
