  • Lead and manage a team of data engineers and analysts to ensure the successful delivery of data projects.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge of data management technologies, including data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
