Job Description:
The Fitness Center Liaison will ensure members receive a friendly greeting/check-in and prompt attention to their needs. This role involves maintaining name relationships with members, serving as a resource for their questions or concerns, and putting them in touch with the right club resources as appropriate. The liaison may also assist sales with club tours and member questions, as well as assist with housekeeping duties as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma
* Ability to follow oral and written directions
* Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis
* Ability to work accurately at a fast pace
* Organization and attention to small details
* Ability to work around cleaning products
