Beauty Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Beauty Advisor, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their beauty goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase sales.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Work effectively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, cosmetics environment.
- Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software.
