Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Grace Medical Center. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide behavioral health treatment, including assessment and diagnostic services, treatment planning, and individual, group, and family therapy to patients seeking services for mental health symptoms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic interventions to address clinical, social, and behavioral issues
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and courses of services for each patient
- Collaborate with the patient's psychiatrist, nurses, supervisors, and supportive others to provide effective mental health treatment
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved Master's degree program in social work, counseling, psychology, or other related mental health field
- Active and valid Maryland licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor - LGPC (LCPC preferred) or Licensed Master Social Worker - LMSW (LCSW-C preferred)
- Knowledge of DSM 5 nomenclature, psychotherapy, psychodynamics, therapeutic techniques, interviewing skills, addictions, family, and group theories
