Key Responsibilities- Play a key role in practice administration, including talent recruitment, operations, and resource management.
- Manage individual and local practice key performance metrics, such as utilization, WIP, receivable, and related practice measurements.
- Effectively manage engagement economics.
- Mentor and develop team members to develop, advance, and be positioned as future leaders at EAG.
- Contribute to practice's business development efforts.
- Participate in professional development programs for practice.
- Participate in marketing and business development programs, including attending industry conferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships and communications with existing clients and prospects.
- Lead multiple client engagements and effectively communicate with clients and internal referral sources.
- Analyze target company financial and operating results to identify non-recurring, unusual or out-of-period transactions that affect reported earnings.
- Write and review reports to clients.
- Effectively manage and supervise multiple client service teams.
- Identify transaction risks and key deal issues.
- Supervise and act as a role model for seniors and managers.
- Develop agendas and lead meetings with target and client management.
- Maintain periodic communications with the client regarding project status and potential deal issues as they arise.
- 8+ years of transaction advisory and/or audit experience from a public accounting and/or other professional services firms.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
- Masters/advanced degree, CPA, and other professional certifications, a plus.
