Role Overview:

My3Tech is seeking a seasoned and skilled Senior Power Platform Developer. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform suite. This role involves the development of applications utilizing various components of the Power Platform, including Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and more, while adhering to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Dataverse environments.
  • Design and implement Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Automate business processes effectively.
  • Facilitate workshops for functionality discovery and gather requirements.
  • Demonstrate programming expertise in .NET, SQL, Azure, and C#.
  • Analyze business challenges and create functional mappings to develop applications using Power Platform.
  • Integrate APIs and REST services, ensuring effective solutions with diverse data sources.
  • Hold relevant certifications in PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer.
  • Engage in code reviews and uphold development standards.
  • Troubleshoot Power Platform issues, document resolutions, and collaborate with IT resources for implementation.
  • Develop design solutions and document use case scenarios.
  • Preferred experience with DevOps practices in Power Platform.
  • Create and distribute documentation on platform usage, including requirements and technical analyses.
  • Prepare prototypes based on requirements, leveraging Power Platform features to address business needs.
  • Implement best practices for business solutions and refine governance strategies for platform utilization.
  • Participate in Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and migrating solutions with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • 3+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • 4+ years of custom development experience using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing standard and premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Access and VBA for redesigning Power Apps.
  • 3+ years of experience developing Azure logic apps and functions to support Power Automate.
  • Experience with DevOps in Power Platform is preferred.
