Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Optalis Healthcare in Allen Park. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including evaluating patients, administering medications, and assisting physicians during examinations and procedures.
  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
  • Promote patient independence by establishing, implementing, and directing care goals.
  • Resolving patient concerns and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
  • Stay up to date on nurse training and education and facility policy and procedure.
Requirements:
  • State LPN valid license
  • Valid Identification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in long-term care
  • Prior experience with Infection Control
