Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remodeling Carpenter to join our team at DHI Builds, Inc. As a Remodeling Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' remodeling visions to life. You will specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, as well as mobile and manufactured home repairs and remodels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform carpentry tasks such as demolition, framing, cabinetry installation, drywall patching, plumbing, electrical, tile setting, and flooring
  • Work efficiently and effectively to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality results
  • Provide own tools and truck
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work on mobile homes, including performing leveling services, which may require crawling under homes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, and tile setting
  • Proficiency in at least 3 trades
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using BuilderTrend project management software
  • Skills in multiple trades
