Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled and experienced roofer to join our team at IR&R Roof Services. As a leading provider of residential roofing services in Southern California, we offer competitive hourly rates and a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities

Roofing Expertise

-Must have at least 5 years of experience in residential roofing, with a focus on tile and composition shingle installations.

-Must be comfortable working on various roof surfaces and able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.

-Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at heights.

-Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.

-Must be reliable and able to work independently.

-Must have a Valid California Driver's License and own transportation.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

-Must have knowledge of roofing systems, including plywood sheathing, underlayments, drip edge metal, and vent pipe flashings.

-Must be able to identify and repair leaks, inspect roofs for damage, and abide by all company and OSHA safety regulations.

-Must be able to follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete roofing projects on time.
