About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at good2grow, a children's beverage company based in Atlanta, Georgia.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Programmer, Developer or Web Engineer, with 3+ years of developing on the Salesforce platform, preferably with Lightning Web Components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert for our business planning, forecasting and budgeting tool, owning all related aspects of its development and integration into our broader app ecosystem.
  • Design, code, and implement custom applications on the Salesforce platform to meet specific business requirements.
  • Serve as Salesforce Admin for the organization assisting with onboarding activities, identifying and resolving technical issues, providing ongoing support, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for new sites, apps, workflows, etc. and establish a pipeline of continuous improvement for the business planning tool, Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical mindset, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence – communicate clearly and concisely to gain alignment and drive action across varying audiences.
  • Robust analytical skills, including knowledge of web languages such as APEX, Visualforce, JAVA, and Python.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Time management and project management skills.
  • Maintain high level of organization, time management and project management skills, commitment to follow through, enthusiasm, and motivation.
