Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to join our team at Turion Space. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing advanced network security solutions to safeguard our organization's assets.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Network Security Solutions: Develop and implement network security architectures and policies to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Lead Incident Response Efforts: Lead and manage responses to security incidents, including investigation, mitigation, and reporting.
  • Threat Management: Monitor and analyze network traffic and security alerts to identify and address potential threats.
  • Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and remediate network weaknesses.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant security standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in network security or related roles, with a proven track record of managing network security infrastructure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with network security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and SIEM systems).
  • Network Protocols: Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S).
