Nurse Supervisor Position

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our team at the Department of Health and Human Services in Gallup, NM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and leadership experience.
Duties and Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and coordinate the work of nursing personnel.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to medical guidelines.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve unit efficiency.
- Maintain competency in nursing skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor or in a similar role.
- Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
- A competitive salary range of $104,217 - $135,478 per year.
