**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team on Medical/Surgical Unit/3West at Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, NM. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Mexico, and at least 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
