About the Role:

The Diocese of Grand Rapids is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Night Custodian. This part-time role will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities outside of regular school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily cleaning of classrooms, childcare rooms, bathrooms, and hallways
  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles
  • Refill paper, soap, and hand sanitizer dispensers
  • Sanitize surfaces and equipment
  • Take trash and recycling to designated areas
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed, such as windows and offices
  • Complete assigned work orders and tasks
  • Assist with end-of-day building shutdown procedures
