About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist Specialist to join our team at Special Service for Groups, Inc- HOPICS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional clinical services to individuals with mental health issues.

  • Job Description

The Clinical Therapist Specialist will work closely with clients to assess their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans. This will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance to clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A master's degree in social work or a related field, along with two years of relevant experience, is required for this role.

  • Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are also required for this role, as the successful candidate may need to travel to various locations to conduct home visits and other activities.
