Position: Leasing Associate

Location: Ybor, FL

Compensation: $18-$20/hr (dependent on experience and property size)

Experience Required: At least 6 months in a related field. Familiarity with tax credit properties is advantageous.

Educational Background: High school diploma or GED

Employment Type: Full-time; Contract

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (Availability for weekends as necessary)

About HH Staffing: We are looking for a Leasing Associate to become part of our expanding and vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone inquiries
  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
  • Inspect units to confirm they are ready for occupancy
  • Address tenant questions and concerns
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate work orders and scheduling

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual candidates are preferred
  • Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
  • Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
