Position: Leasing Coordinator

Location: Trinity, FL

Compensation: $18-$20/hour (commensurate with experience, property size, and assignment duration)

Experience Required: At least 6 months in a related field. Familiarity with tax credit properties is advantageous.

Educational Background: High school diploma or GED

Employment Type: Full-time; Contract

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (Availability for weekends and on-call duties as necessary)

HH Staffing Services is looking for a Leasing Coordinator to enhance our vibrant and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
  • Respond to tenant inquiries
  • Oversee inventory and procurement of office supplies
  • Coordinate and log maintenance requests

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred
  • Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
