As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will work variable evening shifts, providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective medication therapy to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Verify physician orders for medication therapy, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
  • Compound and dispense pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Ensure proper storage and dispensing of medications in healthcare areas.
  • Maintain emergency carts with proper supplies and assign tasks to designated technicians.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • Current Oklahoma Pharmacy license.
  • 15 hours of approved continued education annually.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Previous Home Health experience preferred.
