  • Account Management: Ensure all accounts are billed timely, reports are worked, and unpaid claims are followed up on to maintain accurate and efficient business operations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and provide timely reports to management on key statistics, including compliance, sales, revenue, cash, and patient flow.
  • Insurance Pre-Authorization: Process insurance pre-authorizations, enter, validate, and reconcile visit activity and supplies to ensure accurate billing.
  • Financial Management: Post payments daily and reconcile deposits to ensure accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years of customer service experience.
