Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts at various levels of aggregation for different time horizons
  • Analyze historical sales trends and investigate demand drivers to improve forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and customer buyers to understand demand forecast drivers and update forecast models accordingly
  • Manage the IFM-GIB suite, utilizing DCO, DCF, and DCP to complete daily tasks and ensure accurate master data for MRP
  • Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs
Requirements
  • Associate degree in business, management, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting, and forecasting models with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
  • Familiarity with demand planning software and SAP preferred
  • Knowledge of production work flows and material resource planning (MRP)
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
