About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neurosciences Specialist to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb. As a key member of our Neuroscience department, you will play a critical role in driving demand for our innovative medicines within the Neurodegenerative and Neuromuscular space.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our approved indications of BMS products and the launch of KarXT (xanomeline-trospium) within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets. This will involve creating demand for our medicines by articulating the clinical and scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients. Additionally, the specialist will engage with and continuously maintain/grow a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need advanced scientific knowledge and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse. You must also have excellent communication skills to convey complex scientific data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients. Experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers is essential, as well as a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experiences.

Key Competencies:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to drive business results, identify, engage, and cultivate credibility with customers across the patient care journey, and demonstrate account management skills and problem-solving mentality. A passion for science, prioritizing staying current with the latest data, and utilizing CE^3 to generate insights and inform call plans are also essential. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to communicate effectively using various digital channels, utilize software or CRM tools to collect, enter, and manage quality data, and navigate online resources effectively. Strong business acumen, learning agility, integrity, and good judgment are also required.

Benefits and Salary
