Pulm/Critical Care opening in Illinois Located in Kankakee, IL - Chicago 60mSeeking a BC/BE pulmonary/critical care physician to join a hospital-based group of 3 physicians and two advanced practice providers. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented, friendly, and ambitious individual. This physician will serve as an additional provider at our existing clinic in order to provide quality patient care and further organizational growth. Monday-Friday clinic with Special Procedure Lab Busy outpatient and inpatient consultation service Opportunity to work with residents Full network of support services Functional scheduling 1:4 call schedule Collaborative mentorship EPIC EMR Compensation Competitive base salary consistent with MGMA guidelines Production bonus based on wRVUs Loan repayment Sign-on bonus Generous paid time offPulmonology Specialists are comprised of five providers. This team cares for people with asthma, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cancer, sarcoidosis, and other lung illnesses. Our pulmonologists work closely with Sleep Center to assess and treat people experiencing sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and insomnia. We also provide critical care services to hospitalized patients.
